Job Description:

We are looking for a Freelance Real Estate Broker to join our network of real estate professionals. As a freelance broker, you will be responsible for representing clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. This flexible, commission-based position allows you to manage your schedule while offering you the opportunity to earn based on your performance. You will have the freedom to work independently while benefiting from our support and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

• Provide expert advice to clients on market conditions, pricing, and real estate trends.

• Facilitate property viewings, open houses, and negotiations.

• Prepare and review contracts, documents, and disclosures to ensure compliance with all laws.

• Build and maintain a strong client base through referrals and networking.

• Advise clients on pricing, marketing strategies, and ways to increase property value.

• Stay updated on market conditions, new listings, and regulatory changes.

• Manage all aspects of the real estate transaction from start to finish, ensuring a smooth process for all parties.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a real estate agent or broker.

• Valid broker’s license and other relevant certifications.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.

• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends in your local area.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems.

Education:

• High school diploma (Required), Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:

• Real Estate Sales and Broker Experience: 2 years (Required)

Language:

• English, Hindi, Urdu (Multilingual abilities are a plus)
